Cliff Nixon is Director of Boleyn Properties Ltd and the owner of this domain

His background encompasses many aspects of property development but primarily in recent times focusing on the full spectrum of developer services ranging from land purchasing, engineering appraisal, project managing new build schemes and securing final adoptions of roads under section 38 and 278 agreements. The latter has been the mainstay of our recent services and we are retained by a major housing developer to reduce their bond and insurance premium liabilities.
History
Having spent more than 30 years working in the industry, we are well placed to advise on most situations that you may come across as there is not much we haven't encountered over the years!
Cliff has previously worked for a number of National developers including, Wimpey, Wilcon, Beazer, Westbury and on a consultancy basis for Charles Church, and Persimmon.
We have ran our own engineering design consultancy and land procurement company and our previous client base is extensive.
